Shipping, Deliveries and Payments

Shipping (Within India)

We ship all our packages through Delhivery. Only part of the charges are borne by the customer, part of us is borne by us, Chokhat. Shipping is charged as follows –

For Prepaid Orders - 

  • Flat Rs.150 on every prepaid order below Rs.5000
  • Flat Rs.200 on every prepaid order above Rs.5000

For COD Orders - COD is only available for orders below Rs.5000/- in India

  • Flat Rs.200 on every COD order below Rs.2000
  • Flat Rs.250 on every COD order between Rs.2001-5000
Kitchenware and tableware products are bulky and the shipping charges become very high to absorb all by us, though we absorb a large part of it.

    Delivery (Within India)

    All orders are handled by our logistics partner Delhivery. Tracking details for your orders are automatically updated under orders in your Chokhat account and they also come to your via Whatsapp and email. Please make sure to provide whatsapp number while booking your order. Only after dispatch of your order, the order status page for your account will reflect any change. You can even visit the partner website to manually check the status of your orders by putting in the AWB number updated in your Chokhat account.

    Delivery Timeline – Our order are generally delivered between 5-7 days from the date of dispatch, however we do not commit the exact timeline as it may vary depending upon the delivery location and we do not have complete control over the delivery partner.



    Please note if a COD order is rejected at the time of delivery, we will not longer entertain any COD orders from the same customers as we bear the forward and return delivery charges in that case and we appreciate customers who value it. The system automatically blacklists the customer once the COD order is returned after confirming over WhatsApp/call.

    Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. This will ensure a faster and better delivery.


    In case your package is being returned to us, let us know at or at +91 8076653852 for us to resend it as soon as we receive it. Please note the customer will need to pay extra delivery charges in case he wants the delivery to attempted again after the product has been returned to us. If the order is prepaid and customer does not accept/want the delivery after it is been dispatched, no amount will be refunded.


    International Shipping

    We do ship internationally and the average delivery timeline is 10-15 days after the order is confirmed.
