All orders are handled by our logistics partners Xpressbees and Delhivery. Tracking details for your orders are automatically updated under orders in your Chokhat account. Only after dispatch of your order, the order status page for your account will reflect any change. You can even visit the partner websites to manually check the status of your orders by putting in the AWB number updated in your Chokhat account.

Delivery Timeline – Our order are generally delivered between 5-7 days from the date of dispatch, however we do not commit the exact timeline as it may vary depending upon the delivery location.
Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. This will ensure a faster and better delivery. In case your package is being returned to us, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org or at +91 8076653852 for us to resend it as soon as we receive it. Please note the customer will need to pay extra delivery charges in case he wants the delivery to attempted again after the product has been returned to us. If the order is prepaid and customer does not accept/want the delivery after it is been dispatched, no amount will be refunded.
