- Our return policy is applicable within 24 hours from receipt of the product and applicable only for the 2 conditions mentioned above.
- The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at email@example.com to initiate a return.
- Please send us 3 images (one of the damaged part, one of the entire product and one of the shipping box) for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the images at firstname.lastname@example.org from where our team will check the details in reference to its eligibility for return.
- We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 working days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we shall arrange for the pickup of the product.
- Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our team will check the merchandise and the refund/exchange process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account within 5-7 days.
Cancellation Policy – After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Points to remember – Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, bar codes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc. The product should be unused and in the original condition.
