- Our return policy is applicable within 24 hours from receipt of the product and applicable only for the 2 conditions mentioned above.
- The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at info@chokhat.in to initiate a return.
- Please send us 3 images (one of the damaged part, one of the entire product and one of the shipping box) and an opening video for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the details at info@chokhat.in from where our team will check the details in reference to its eligibility for exchange/return.
Please read below details of exchange/return carefully before placing the order.
1. We offer only exchange of the product and no returns.
2. In case of refund, if decided by the team, the shipping charges will not be refunded as the team is paying for the forward and return delivery both.
3. In case of exchange, the team will be sharing a return label with the customer that needs to be pasted over the old label for a smooth return process.
Prepaid Returns -
If an order is placed through prepaid order and it is not delivered due to customer's non availability as per the SOP of the delivery company and the customer wants return then no shipping charges will be refunded.
Cancellation Policy – After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Points to remember – Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, bar codes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc. The product should be unused and in the original condition.
Items on Sale
Please note there will be no refunds for items on sale. Customer can only apply for exchange if it meets the eligibility criteria as mentioned above.
